Canadian Government In Talks With Tesla Over New Factory
According to media sources, Tesla has opened negotiations with the Canadian government to select a site for their new factory and has visited major cities in Ontario and Quebec, including the city of Montreal.
It is reported that Tesla has issued a large number of hiring jobs in Quebec, the number of hiring will reach the scale of a thousand people, which also increases the possibility that will be built in the region of the super factory, which will become Tesla's fifth largest super factory.
Tesla currently has four super factories around the world, namely the Fremont and Austin plants in the United States, as well as the Shanghai plant in China and the Berlin plant in Germany. It is worth mentioning that the Shanghai Super factory just reached the milestone of 1 million units off the production line on August 15. Meanwhile, Tesla has produced more than 3 million units worldwide.
